Description of Works:

We were asked to install a New Distribution Board to supply several control panels on a new production line.  We also installed new lighting for the line and fed this from an existing lighting control panel.  After the works was complete the machinery was delivery from Germany and we assisted the engineers during commissioning.

​

 

The high level containment was accessed using MEWP’s and hung from the building structure.  We then run three levels of containment, from the hangers, the top was tray for the power, middle was a support for a pneumatic line and the third was Stainless Steel Trunking system from the machinery.  Droppers were then fabricated and installed from high level to each control panel.

The client was very happy with the work completed and we look forward to assisting when the next production line is installed over Christmas!!
